kexi-life uses several methods for shipping products. We recommend certain delivery methods for different products, based on weight or size, to give our customers the most dependable and competitive pricing available.
All orders are subject to a 24-72 working hours processing period before shipping.
About Customs Tax
The tariffs are paid by the merchants and do not need to be borne by the customers.
Taxes may apply to imported goods/services and is regulated by the country's law. kexi-life is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.
If the package cannot be delivered or returned normally because the buyer does not cooperate with customs clearance/payment of customs duties, Refund won't be processed if the buyer doesn’t complete customs. buyers can neither receive the product nor refund finally.

How will my delivery be shipped?
We use UPS or DHL for your delivery.
How long does it take for my item to arrive?
Order processing time: 3 days.
Transportation time: 1-9 working days.
Total time: 4 - 12 working days.
If the order is delayed, we will reissue it to the customer.

My order includes more than one item. Will they all arrive at the same time?
Our goal is to make sure that all your items reach you simultaneously. Because different shipping methods can be used for different products, our products are not always sent together. A shipment notification email will be sent to you once the item has been shipped.
After my package has been shipped, can I change the delivery address?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
